Rules of the IAL
Governing Council
> The society shall be known as the International Academy of Law.
> It shall be a society registered under the Societies Registration Act.
> The function of the society shall be to establish and operate the International Academy of Law in the National Capital Region (India).
> Annual subscription means as annual subscription payable to the society by a member in accordance with these Rules.
> ‘Committee’ means any committee established by the council.
> Council means the Governing Council of the Society

The names, addresses, occupations and designation of the present members of Governing Council to whom the management and affairs of the Society are entrusted as required under section 2 of the societies act of 1860, as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi

The principal objective of competition policy is to foster competition as an instrument for accelerating growth.  The policy is meant to fuel innovation and create market efficiencies that offers better products and lower prices thus benefitting consumers and maximising welfare. . Competition law is the enactment of that policy and achieves its objectives in three ways
