The society shall be known as the International Academy of Law. |

It shall be a society registered under the Societies Registration Act. |

The function of the society shall be to establish and operate the International Academy of Law in the National Capital Region (India). |

Annual subscription means as annual subscription payable to the society by a member in accordance with these Rules. |

‘Committee’ means any committee established by the council. |

Council means the Governing Council of the Society |

The names, addresses, occupations and designation of the present members of Governing Council to whom the management and affairs of the Society are entrusted as required under section 2 of the societies act of 1860, as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi |
